GW and its characters don't belong to me but to Sunrise/SOTSU Agency
Bandai, etc. etc.

Well, the latest installment 11 of Demon Seed. A few warnings here, no,
not of the lemony kind, but of the more disturbing gore and
incestuous kind. Hey, they're vampires, they have no limits, right?
Anyway, the warning's there.

The pairings so far are, 1xR 2xH 4xCB 6x9 13x11 with implied 1xDC
(yes, I myself can't believe I stuck it in here, but it happened a
really long time ago, so 1xR fans don't freak on me, besides you'll
like how Heero deals with her). And poor Trowa, the odd man out for
now. But whom will he end up with? That'll be a surprise. ~_^

And of course this fix will remain non-yaoi.

"Into, latrine, kelp." Hildie spoke the words sternly, calming her
mind and spiritual powers just as Catherine had taught her do. She
watched with intense eyes the small bolder in front of her rise
slowly off the ground.

"Very good, Hildie." Praised the one who had been her teacher for the
past seven months. "Now, using your mind only, hit the bulls eye over
on the post."

The rock suddenly fell back to the ground as the wide-eyed apprentice
sorceress looked over at the older woman. "But that's at least thirty
feet away. I've never done more than fifteen."

"Well, you are about to do thirty now. So calm down, then, focus your
aim at the target. If you miss, you simply will try again and again
until you can master it. Your telekinetic powers are very sharp, but
they need to be honed or else they will do you no good."

The breath Hildie took was quick but deep as she repeated the
incantation once more adding the necessary word that propelled the
rock through the air and towards the target. But then a little over
halfway towards reaching its goal a swishing sound was heard and a
thin rectangular blur was seen that surpassed the speed of the large
stone, hitting the bull's eyes dead center.

"Will you two grow up?" Shouted Hildie as she turned around to see
across the pond, her lover and Quatre both on horses, a single bow
held loosely in Duo's cousin's fist.

His laughter calming, the blonde prince apologized. "I had to get
your attention somehow. It's time for the evening meal. You magic
people get so wrapped up in your spells. Neither one of you heard us
calling you."

"Not to mention you love to show off your archery skills." Grumbled
Duo good-naturedly.

"I heard you calling, Quatre. I simply chose to ignore you."

Quatre was taken somewhat aback by Catherine and Hilde's sudden
appearance before them, wondering how it was they had gotten across
the water so quickly.

Sporting a silly grin, Quatre chuckled, winking at the redhead. "Good
thing you love me, I'd hate to see it if you really hated me."

"Prince or not. You can still be a brat." Catherine quipped back to
her betrothed as she accepted his hand and slipped up on the horse.

Halide giggled at Catherine's comment as she followed suit, soon
propped up behind Duo on his horse. "Smart Asses obviously run in the
royal bloodline I guess."

"Why yes." Spoke Duo, in an arrogantly joking voice. "But, then so do
cute Asses."

"Duo!" Hildie playfully scolded as she gently boxed his ears; causing
their two companions to laugh as the quartet themselves sparked their
horses off in a trot, homeward bound. She tightened her arms around
his waist, however and snuggled more into his back, closing her eyes,
remembering the day that they first declared their love, or at least
attraction towards one another.

~Flashback~

Why don't you focus on yourself and your true feelings…Elena's words
rung loud in Hildie's ears as she stood immobile and dumbfounded just
staring at Duo who was busying himself getting ready for the ride.
Myself, and my true feelings? Is she trying to tell me…good lord,
she's right? I think I'm in love with Duo. No. How could this be,
we've been like siblings for all of these years, yet recently when I
looked at him I've wanted to be so much more than…damn you Relena,
what did you do to make me realize…? I wonder if he…"

"Hey Hildie…something wrong?"

"What? I…I…" With dark blue eyes widening and a quick lick to her dry
lips Hildie noticed that Duo was now right in front of her.

"You're looking like a startled deer, dear, hehehe. Bad joke, sorry."

"Kiss me."

This time it was Duo's turn to be immobile and dumbfounded. "Boy, you
must be ill asking me to…"

Closing her eyes tightly shut so that she would not lose her nerve
she repeated her request. "Just don't talk and kiss me."

Clearing his throat Duo scanned the area quickly, and when he felt no
eyes were upon them he leaned his body slowly into Hildie's lowering
his head until his lips barely touched hers. "Don't know what brought
this on, but here goes."

His lips then touched hers, as soft as a whisper yet as solid as a
rock. The kiss lingered only a few seconds before Duo pulled away,
blushing madly and fighting to catch his breath, though he was only
able to breathe deeply once before he found Hildie pulling his head
down once again to capture him in another kiss. When she finally
eased away and released him, he saw her eyes were opened and looking
at him with nervous anticipation and intense desperation.

"Duo, I, I think I love you, I mean, I truly believe I might, do you
think you could fall for me too?"

With a sly but sincere smile and the wind causing his hair to tickle
his cheek, he peered just as intensely and desperately back into
Hildie's eyes.

"I think I already have."

With a shriek of joy Hildie hopped up, so her arms could embrace his
neck. His arms were tight around her waist and back, holding her with
her feet dangling just inches from the ground.

"Promise me you'll never leave my side, my Duo."

"From this day on I never shall, my Hildie."

~End Flashback~

"And now I know it is love."

"What was that Hildie?" Duo asked.

Biting her lip with girlish embarrassment the raven-haired girl
shrugged her shoulders. "Nothing. It was nothing."

He twirled a single red rose in between his fingers, noticing how
dark it looked even in the moon's glow as he brought it up to his
nose and sniffed the sweet potent scent. The look and smell of roses,
he thought, one of the few true joys I've had in this long life of
mine.

From where he sat, his eyes settled upon the brunette woman that
slept in the large plush bed that took up the biggest part of the
bedchamber. Always did love to sleep in, though over time you've
gotten lazier. If not for title and appearance sake I would have
thrown you out long ago. Sorry, dear wife, but that is how I feel…
bored to tears with you for the last one hundred, fifty years.

The tall, broad shouldered man then rose from the rail of the balcony
where he was sitting and ran a hand through his thick ginger waves as
he made his way over to the bedside. Sitting down by his wife, he ran
a white gloved finger down her cheek, all the while the face of a
different woman overtaking his mind.

Wonder if the girl's as elegant, graceful and as lovely looking as
her mother had been? If not for having human blood in her veins she
would be truly perfect, but that matters little to me now, for my
wounds are almost completely healed and then I will track her and
find her and make her mine, and you, my dear Anne, shall have nothing
to say even as you rot out your remaining years in the lower depths
of this castle's dungeon. Or, maybe I'll just have you executed and
be done with you for good. Dorothy will be sad of course, but she'll
understand how accidents `do' happen.

***************************

With a gasping breath Relena jolted from her daze that had been
nothing more then a nightmare, the same nightmare she had been having
for the last six months. In her mind appeared a face of a man she'd
never seen before. A man who was much older than she, though still
looking only a few years older than her own Heero. She snorted to
herself, her Heero? That man would belong to nothing and no one; even
his own heart could not force him into its servitude.

"Eena, are you all right?"

"Huh?" She looked over to her right and into the eyes of Duo who had
placed a concerned hand on her shoulder, a thin but bright smile
shown on his lips.

"You left us again, dazed in your own little world for a few seconds."

Blushing slightly Relena tore her eyes away from her friend's and the
rest of the eyes that she knew were resting upon her.

"It was nothing. Truly." She rose up from the dinner table, suddenly
finding it hard for her to breathe and asked to be excused. Sally
granted her leave and she took it even more quickly then she had
risen and was soon out the door away from the questioning and
confused looks of her adopted family.

"What's happening to her? She's no longer the Eena I grew up with and
know."

"And are you the same person you were when you first came here,
Hildie?"

Hildie shook her head to Sally's reprimand. "I'm different as well,
but Eena, she's, she's…"

"She's the daughter of the man who murdered my parents and Duo's
parents and took away our birthrights, that's who she is. How can you
even let her stay here, let alone train her, Wufei?"

Slowly and softly the Asian man set down his goblet of wine, his eyes
serious as they caught Quatre's glare.

"She was as unable to control the situation surrounding her existence
just as you were. Do not judge her because of the actions of her
father. She is not the same, nor does her blood flow as coldly
through her veins."

Quatre snorted, a frown on his face. "Her kind still cannot be
trusted, and I will never accept that monster as a friend or a
comrade."

"Cousin you might be, Quatre, but Eena's been my friend for as long
as I could remember and if you keep saying rude things about her,
I'll…"

"Enough you two." Intervened Sally. "The dinner table is not the
place to have such conversations. We all feel differently but while
you reside here, with us you will show respect for everyone. Have I
made myself clear?"

********************

Heero poked at the fire, the end of the long stick that he held in
his hands began to spark somewhat, as did his senses as he picked up
another presence a few feet away. Without taking his eyes from the
flames he spoke in a raised, threatening tone. "Show yourself now
because you don't want me to come looking for you."

"Has it been so long that you have forgotten my scent?"

Heero popped to his feet and jerked his body in a turn towards the
familiar but long forgotten voice.

"You must be ready to die because I told you if I saw you again I'd
kill you."

"Oh, Heero." The blonde vampire replied as she seductively slinked
her way over to him, wrapping her arms around his neck and placing
tiny kisses along it and his cheek. "Don't you know promises are made
only to be broken?"

Gripping her wrists tightly Heero pried them from his body and back
down to her sides. "You may have been able to seduce me once, but no
more."

The woman twitched a forked eyebrow, her laugh haughty and
demeaning. "Once? More like twice, three times, oh at least a dozen.
Though it did happen like fifty years ago."

"It's before I knew who you were, Dorothy."

A childish, empty pout overtook her grin. "Oh but uncle Heero, we had
so much fun!" Her smile then suddenly returned, this time more
evil. "But then falling for the daughters of the men who wronged you
must be your specialty."

"If you're referring to Eena, er Relena or whoever the hell she is, I
left her."

Dorothy sighed and sat down next to Heero who had taken a seat in
front of the fire. "Yes, but you are on your way back to her, to save
her? Or is it simply to conquer her young virgin body before my
father gets to it? Why must us Vampires be so territorial? You know
he's all she ever thinks about now I'm afraid, and my mother is going
absolutely mad over it."

Remaining silent, Heero willed his body not to react and grab his
half niece's neck and strangle her, he would for now, play it cool.

The vampire girl's lips thinned in frustration of his seemingly
detached state towards the other girl. "I don't know what everyone
sees in her. She's just some stupid half-breed orphan, a filthy
urchin."

"For her being a half breed orphan and filthy urchin you sound
somewhat jealous of her."

"Jealous? Me? Not of `that', creature anyway. Besides, once I catch
up with her I'll kill her myself. I refuse to let her ruin my mother,
or father…half breed bitch."

Heero could feel the length of Dorothy's slender arms begin to glide
around his shoulders as she adjusted her body so that she was sitting
in his lap. He allowed her to kiss him and even permitted her tongue
to enter his mouth as she leaned him back until he was lying in the
grass, her straddled atop him.

"After all," she spoke, her voice husky and dangerous, "I know she
could never pleasure you the way I can." She leaned down to him again
and kissed him as well, moaning when she felt his embrace tighten
around her and roll her gently until their positions were reversed.
He then lifted his body slightly up from hers until he was on his
knees hovering over her; she was oblivious to his left hand as it
reached behind him.

"Oh, I think she could learn to pleasure me much more than you ever
could."

Dorothy's sky blue eyes widened with fear, and before she could open
her mouth to scream he had whisked out of his back belt loop a small,
sharpened stake, which he quickly plunged into her chest.

Anger, revenge and violent bloodlust coursed through his veins taking
over his consciousness as he felt the transformation of his vampire
self, overtaking that of his human self. He sat there like a stone,
watching the girl under him whimper in pain and writhe in suffering.

"I told you I would kill you if you came near me again. Though I was
going to let you go, maybe give you one more thrill for old times
sake, but you had to go and threaten her, and that I cannot allow."

"You bastard! "My father will kill you!"

"I give him the opportunity to try, niece. And if he even steps one
foot near what is mine then he shall suffer a fate worse then yours."

"And you claim…to feel…nothing for her." She hissed her final words
the nails of her right hand digging into that of Hero's right cheek
leaving long thin marks that dripped of blood.

"That is no longer any of your concern." The half-breed male hissed
back, as he saw the brightness in her eyes suddenly dim and felt her
body underneath him no longer struggling. He then moved his face down
to her throat, his nostrils wide as he took in the scent of her
slowly gelling blood. "Besides, you never pleasured me as much as you
thought." He then plunged his protruding fangs deep into her jugular
and drank of her blood.

And far away in another kingdom there could be heard the horrific
pained scream of a queen. A queen of great beauty and power, a queen
married to one who was even more strong and powerful than she. A
queen who had just experienced the suffering and realization that she
had lost her only child.
