Hey people.
Here’s chapter 2. Enjoy!
Disclaimer: Unfortunately, I don’t own Gundam
Wing or any of the characters. They
belong to their respective owners and creators (stress the ‘o’. I’m listening to Sparkling Harmony…the tune
where Quatre and Trowa are playing together…*sigh* It’s so peaceful. If they were here I’d have them play for
me…right…)
Chapter II: Their Thoughts
Stephen Vulcré lay on his stomach enjoying
the pair of hands massaging his back.
But the way the masseuse was massaging his back began to turn him
on. With only a towel wrapped loosely
around his waist, Stephen turned over onto his back and quickly grabbed Tina’s
(the masseuse) wrists. Tina was too into
her work to realize it right away.
“Muh…Mr. Vulcré, is there s-something you
need, sir,” she asked startled and a bit on the shaky side. Stephen took in the sight of his
masseuse. Her violet eyes blended well
with her hair color, like looking up at the midnight sky and trying to figure
out if it were deep, deep black or a deep violet color. Her shoulder length hair was pinned up into
one big, neat bun at the top of her head with a couple of strands loose at her
temples.
He let go of one wrist and placed the strand
behind her ear. Then he traced his
finger down her neck to her shirt collar.
He looked at her uniform and took in her shape.
‘You know, I never knew someone could look
this scrumptious in a uniform.’ Tina
wore a tan button down shirt that fit her nicely with a just-above-the-knee
length skirt, with a pair of tan shoes (with no heels of course). She looked nervously at her patient and
wondered if he’d gone crazy.
Stephen ran his finger lightly down her skin
to the first button and unbuttoned it.
He placed a light kiss to the exposed skin, causing Tina to breathe in
deeply.
“Stephen I…”
“Don’t speak,” he whispered.
He unbuttoned the second button and did the
same. Tina tried to push him away but
couldn’t resist what she was feeling.
She’s known Stephen for years, since her junior high school days, but never
wondered why they never hooked up. But
now that he was giving her the time of day, she was ready to push him
away. ‘But I don’t want this to be just
a one time thing,’ she thought.
When she came back to her senses, Stephen had
already completely unbuttoned her shirt.
He was placing butterfly kisses across the exposed portion of her
breasts. Tina absent-mindedly placed
her left hand on his muscular shoulder and gave it a small squeeze. It may’ve been a little tease, but it was
pleasing.
Stephen left go of her other wrist, and
placed the palm of his right hand in the middle of her back (beneath her
shirt). With his other hand at her
waist, he pulled her closer and wrapped his legs around her so she wouldn’t get
away. He pulled back from her chest and
looked into her lust filled eyes that simply said ‘I want you Stephen.’ He removed his hand from her back and cupped
her right cheek. Tina merely closed her
eyes and held his hand close.
“Don’t let go…” she whispered.
Stephen sat there at looked at his old
friend. He already knew that she wanted
him, but he didn’t know that she wanted him that bad. ‘She broke up with her boyfriend a couple of months ago.’ He leaned in and placed a small kiss on her
lips, deepening it when she allowed his tongue to enter. He kissed her lustfully, but she returned it
with love, passion and wanting desire.
‘But she’s still holding on to her loss.’ He reluctantly pulled back and looked at her once more.
“You have to let go of him first before I can
even get a hold,” he whispered, touching her lips with every word.
Tina blinked a couple of times before looking
away. “I just don’t want things to
repeat itself, that’s all Stephen.”
“Tina look at me,” he spoke softly. She only closed her eyes to prevent her
tears from falling. Stephen took her
chin in his hand and turned her to face him.
“Look at me.”
Her eyes opened showing hints of tears. “Don’t cry.
And you know I wouldn’t do a thing to hurt you.”
A tear spilled down her cheek and he quickly
kissed it away. He looked back at Tina,
noting that her lips began to tremble.
‘Oh well, there goes my chance to get laid…again. But with Tina like this, sex shouldn’t be
the case right now,’ Stephen thought as he wiped her tears away.
He pulled her in for a comforting embrace and
rubbed her back gently to calm her down.
Tina sighed softly and closed her eyes.
She took in a deep breath, taking in his sent. “You smell like vanilla.”
Stephen gave a small smile.
“Thanks to you, Tina.”
Tina
pulled away from him and looked into his dark brown eyes. ‘God he’s gorgeous,’ she thought as she went
over his features. His face was very
masculine, lined with a neatly cut beard and mustache. ‘Man, a woman could kill for a man like
this,’ Tina thought as she traced a finger along the fine lines of his
abs.
She looked at his neatly cut dirty blonde
hair and ran her hands through it, pushing whatever hair managed to get into
his face.
“I…” She looked away.
“I shouldn’t…we shouldn’t be doing this. I could get fired.” She began to pull away.
“But not if we were dating, now that would be
different. Now wouldn’t it?”
She looked at him with curiosity. “You mean…”
“What, me feel the same way you do Tina? Maybe…” He gave her a small smile she knew
all too well. She lunged at him with a
tight hug and exhaled.
“Stephen…” she sighed. He returned her hug and sighed. ‘I never thought that this would
happened. But I don’t mind…’ Tina
pulled back and gave him a full kiss.
‘Nope, I don’t mind at all.’
Tina deepened the kiss and ran her finger
nails lightly down his back, causing a moan to escape roam his throat. Stephen pulled her up against him and slowly
began to lift her skirt. They were so
enveloped with each other, that they didn’t even notice the knock at the
door…or the person that entered.
Duo paced back and forth inside the dimly lit
hotel room. The event that happened
earlier had him on the edge. Relena
emerged from the bathroom to find him pacing like a mad man. She sighed heavily. “Duo, you look as if you’re going to have a
nervous breakdown.”
Duo looked up at Relena.
“Well Relena, you were dead not too long ago
and with a blink of an eye, it looks as if nothing happened.”
Relena gave a small shrug. ‘Well, I do have to admit, he is right.’
She walked over to the window and pulled the
curtain back. ‘I wonder why…why she’s
here. There’s got to be a logical
explanation for it. Why? And the accident, what do we…I make of
it? All of my guests died.’ She sighed and stared out into the horizon
lit with the colors of the evening.
‘All but me and Mr. Keen.’
Sighing once more, Relena let the curtain
return to its stationary place and leaned against the wall (taking one of
Heero’s or Trowa stance when they lean against any wall). Duo stopped his dance contest and looked
into her direction. He had no words,
but had mumble jumble for thoughts.
“You shouldn’t be standing in your condition,
Relena.” Relena snapped out of her
trance and Duo turned his attention towards the door. Trowa stood in the doorway with the other two behind him.
“He’s right,” Quatre commented as they walked
into the room. Relena sighed an
agitated sigh and began to walk over to the lounge chair.
“Thanks for your concern you two, but I feel
just fine.”
“Don’t argue Relena. It’s not good for your health or the baby.”
She looked up to se her fiancée.
“Or yours either mister.” Heero gave a faint smile and walked over to
Relena.
“Maybe we should head back to HQ,” Quatre
suggested. Heero kneeled down before Relena
and placed a hand on her enlarged abdomen.
Trowa leaned against the dresser stand and looked at the two of
them.
“How long ‘til she’s due?”
“Not long now. About a month the doctor says,” Relena answered.
Heero stood up and turned to Trowa. “When’s the next flight?”
Duo answered. “In two hours.”
“Then we shouldn’t waste anytime getting
there,” Trowa responded.
“Then I’ll go next door to our room and get
our things ready,” Quatre offered.
“I’ll help,” Trowa answered.
Heero nodded in approval and the two of them
walked off to the adjoining room.
Duo walked over to the bed closest to the
couple and sat on the edge.
“You know, I never knew such things were
possible,” he started. Heero sat next
to him, keeping an eye on Relena’s stomach.
“I know what you mean,” was Heero’s only
answer.
“I’m grateful for what she did,” Relena
spoke. “And you should be as well.”
“I never said I wasn’t. I’d like to know where she’s from and what
here purpose is.”
“And her reason for doing it,” Duo finished.
“But what I don’t understand is why just the
ambassador and I. What about the
others…” Relena’s voice faded off. She
didn’t know what to make of it. They
all had many questions…of, which were still unanswered.
“You shouldn’t question the unanswered and
it’s wonders,” Trowa commented.
“But I’d like to know at least why,” Relena
began, with her voice going up a notch.
‘The moods of a pregnant woman…’ “Calm down Relena,” Heero stated.
“We’ll all find out in time soon to come,”
Quatre finished as he brought in their bags.
He closed the door to the room behind him and stood there, letting
silence consume them all before they headed out to San Diego’s airport.
She lay on her bed, looking up at the
ceiling. ‘Why am I here? How’d I get here? Why, why, why?’ Sighing,
she sat up and looked out of the window closest to the bed. Out into the horizon, the sky was of yellow,
orange, and dark blue (yellow being closest to the sun and darker as you move
away…). She got up and slowly walked
over to the window. She opened it and
leaned on the ledge. Took in a deep
breath and exhaled.
“Ahhh, smells like rain is on its way. I want to rest tonight, so a thunderstorm
right now would be best. Besides, it
will help bring her son into this world a bit faster.” She giggled at her idea. ‘It may be thought of as cruel, but…with her
in this condition, she’s slowing everybody down. That’ll be up to his advantage and I can’t have that. Sick and tired of people and their stupid
behavior…’ She was growing angry as she went through her thoughts. But as she grew angry, the cloud cover
increased, bringing the storm that was scheduled for late in the evening.
She didn’t like that fact that people have to
depend on someone else to keep things together. It’s not just one person, it’s every body. But little did she know that those were the
same views that Stephen shares. But
killing Relena isn’t the way to solve the problem. But being mistreated when a child then that tends to cause
problems.
The beautiful light that danced across the
land was slowly being engulfed by darkness.
The sun would be the last to be covered. Her little conflict didn’t go unnoticed either. Since their flight was leaving in about an
hour and thirty minutes, they were traveling on the road.
~~
As Heero drove on the expressway, he noticed
at how the sky was darkened all of a sudden.
He slowed the car just in case.
‘Not trying to have a repeat.’
Relena noticed his actions and looked over at
the driver’s side.
“Heero, is something bothering you?”
Heero gave a sideways glance and answered her
question. “Notice how the sky is
darkening Relena. Just being
careful.” Relena looked out of the
passenger window and realized that it was getting dark. Duo and the other two noticed as well.
“Man, would you take a look at that.” Trowa, being behind the wheel, glanced up at
the sky and noticed that it was getting extremely dark. “It looks like rain.”
“More like a thunder shower to me,” Quatre
answered.
“Didn’t they say that it was going to rain this
evening,” Duo asked. He took another look outside of his
window. It was getting darker by the
second.
“You’re right,” Trowa answered.
“Ever since that accident happened, I’ve been
getting this weird feeling that something big is bound to happen.”
“Like what Quatre? Like the accident wasn’t big enough. Heero almost lost what he values the most.”
“He did loose it. She just gave Relena and the baby a second chance,” Trowa
responded.
~~~
A smile danced across her face. ‘It’s here.’ Within seconds, thunder was heard to the east, followed by
flashes of lightening. She looked off
into the distance and observed the busy highways that snaked in different
directions. ‘So, they’re on their way
to the airport? I think it’s time for a
change of plans.’
Raindrops began to fall from above. The lightening flashed again, followed by a
large crackle of thunder. She moved
slightly away from the window, trying to catch what was going on in the
air. ‘Someone’s careless mistake could
get a lot of people hurt.’ She backed
into the darkness of her room and continued to look out onto the highways. ‘Protect those on their way. No more accidents for today…’
A flash of lightening and a large boom of
thunder caused Relena to jump. Heero
slowed the car onto the shoulder and parked it. The others in the car behind the two (Heero and Relena) followed.
“You okay Relena?”
Relena gripped the handle of the door tightly
and began to breathe heavily.
“Heero…”
Heero unbuckled his seat belt and turned
completely to Relena. “Heero, my water
broke.”
The woman closed her eyes and sighed. ‘Forgive
me Relena…’
Heero looked out into the distance and saw
the airport…and the sign that directed all to the hospital. ‘Trowa, that flight will have to wait.’
“Hang in there Relena.”
Relena, huffing and puffing only nodded her
head. Heero pulled off the shoulder and
sped off in the direction of the hospital.
The other three sat in the car for a couple off seconds in wonder only
to see that they were heading off into the direction of the hospital.
“The hospital,” Quatre questioned.
“But the airport’s…”
Trowa put the car in drive. “Relena’s water must’ve broke.
Stephen pounded his fist on to his desk. “What the hell do you mean she’s still
alive?”
Terry Walker (Stephen’s assistant and best
friend) simply sighed and leaned against the door.
“I
mean exactly what I just said, Steph.
Relena Darlian is still alive, and so is Ambassador William Keen. Must I always repeat myself?” Stephen sunk down in his chair. ‘Great, first I’m interrupted by him now
this great news makes my day even better.’
Stephen was just about to enjoy himself when Terry had cleared his
throat at the door to his mass bathroom.
Tina left looking like red beat and Stephen was extremely upset…more like
pissed.
“You know, I always
sit and wonder why the world and space needs Relena here…here for what? She doesn’t need to hold their hands and
walk them through peace, especially
when we already have it.”
“Maybe it’s because the people are insecure,”
Terry put in.
“Insecure about what? What more could she possibly do? The people have to maintain that peace. It’s not just the job of one person.” Stephen sighed heavily and resisted the urge
to run outside of the building screaming at the top of his lungs. People might see him as a mad man, but he
was going to go on with his plans. “I’m
still going to prove that the people are too dependent on Miss Relena. And if I have to do it by getting rid of
her, then so be it.” He stood up and
walked to the window that was directly behind them.
The sound of the calm rain seemed to’ve had
an affect on him. ‘It’s too
quiet.’ “Terry, find out where she’s
headed…” But before he was about to go any further, he decided against it. “Just keep an eye out for her at the
moment. I’d also like to know a little
bit more about this mysterious thing that dares to stop me in my plans.”
“Sure thing, sir.” Terry gave a mock salute and walked out of the office, and headed to get a start on the task. It was going to be one interesting one at that as well…knowing what they had on their hands. But they have not a clue.
