Chapter 3

The Next Day

Relena woke up, it was raining. She was still wearing her gold dress, suddenly all her memories came rushing back to her, when what happened last night came to her, tears started to well up in her eyes. She wiped her eyes she had enough crying. She was going to go to where Heero lived and say sorry for what she did. 'He probably had a girlfriend or something, she was interfering in his personal life, she had to apologize' she thought. She would have to cancel everything she had to do and see him. She took a shower thinking about what she would do or how to find out where he lived.

Heero got up and took a shower. Relena had changed him, he was in love with her and not that emotionless inside, but on the outside he couldn't show it. She had broken through the walls that he had built, even though she wasn't around, but now she hated him. The one who saved him hated him, so he was becoming emotionless again, no one could save him this time. He had to talk to Dr. J, Dr. J warned him about love, but he didn't listen. He didn't want to think about Relena, it was over, she hated him and he hated her too. He got dressed into a green button down shirt and blue jeans. He turned on the vid-phone and called Dr. J. (How do those things work '-.-) Dr. J picked up and saw Heero.

" Heero!"

" Dr. J, I feel weak, I need pills or needles." Heero said looking at Dr. J's surprised face.

" Well Heero, have you been eating?" Dr. J said kind of concerned.

" No, maybe once a day at the most." Heero said very unconcerned.

" Well maybe if you eat, you'll feel better." (We know Heero's drop dead gorgeous, but we don't want him to drop dead *. * am I right,)

" It's not that, it's that thing called love, it hurts."

"Hoe?" (I love that I think it means 'oh' in Japan, Sakura from CCS says it all the time -.-')

" I loved that girl, now she hates me, it hurts."

" Heero, I told you not to try experiencing love it's going to hurt, you should have listened, it's called emotional stress."

"What do I do?"

"Live with it."

"Nani?"(What, I mean that is what Nani means.)

"Sorry Heero you brought this on yourself." Then Dr. J disconnected. Heero wanted to become the emotionless again again, that meant, no more hanging around his so called friends.

Relena wore a white t- shirt, a pair of white blue jeans, and a baby blue jacket. She was driving to Heero's apartment. She got the address from her brother who had it for emergencies. When she reached the apartment building, she looked at how tall the building was and stepped inside. She walked up to his room, then knocked softly, she was relieved and nervous when she heard someone inside.

Heero heard the door knock softly and got up from the chair he was sitting in, in his room. He grabbed his gun and opened the door sticking the gun right in front of the person's head.

Relena saw the gun pointing to her head. She said,

"Heero, it's only me, Relena."

"Then maybe I should pull the trigger." Heero said seriously. Relena was scared, she knew she did something wrong.

"Leave." Heero said coldly.

"No, please Heero we need to talk." Relena said trying to keep calm.

" Funny, that is what you said last time." Heero said not really trying to be funny.

"I am sorry." Relena said slightly blushing. "Please, can I apologize?"

"No, get away from me." Heero said closing the door. Relena pushed the door open, right before it closed and saw Heero walking away.

" Heero, did you like it?" she screamed.

Heero stopped, but didn't bother to turn around, he just closed his eyes, "What?"

"The kiss I gave you, I felt so alive, like it was the way to live, even though you didn't return it." she said not even understanding herself.

" I don't understand?" Heero said opening his eyes, "Now, leave me alone."

"Heero, I am sorry for what I did. You probably have a girlfriend already and because of what I did it probably effected the relationship or something. Heero, please forgive me, I'm really sorry, it is really hurting me to see you mad at me." Tears were gently falling down her cheeks. With his back still turned he said,

"I don't." Relena looked up a little confused 'Does he mean he doesn't forgive me.' This thought made her put her head down like she just lost her greatest treasure.

"Relena, I don't have a girlfriend." Heero said closing his eyes again. Relena looked up; she looked kind of happy behind all of her tears.

"Relena can you get out now?" Heero said walking to his room.

"But…" Relena started but was cut off by Heero who just slammed the door to his room. 'At least he doesn't have a girlfriend.' Relena thought. She walked to his bedroom, kissed it lightly and walked to the apartment door.

"I'll be back, my love, Heero." She whispered under her breath and left.

Heero sat on the floor in his room, leaning against the door. As soon as he heard the door close, Heero picked picked up his gun and kissed it. Then he put it to his head and dropped it. 'I can't take this anymore.' he thought.

Author Notes: Don't you love where I put the cliffhangers. Another chapter to get you thinking I hope. I could of got this out yesterday with the other chapter, but I had writer's block. So I hope you are enjoying this, a lot of people are reviewing that makes me happy. I have homework, almost forgot. Oh yeah I just want to say the people that said they were confused so was I, so you are not alone.
