The Pleasure of Being

Alone

Chapter 3

Relena’s POV

I took a shower and I was in the bathroom getting dressed. Then the door opened,

"Huh." Heero said. I was wearing my underclothes and my whole face was red. I could've sworn he blushed, right before he walked out. I was embarrassed and then I got angry. 'How could he just walk in without knocking.' I thought. I got dressed and walked into his room, without knocking.

"Heero." I said, with anger in my voice. He was sitting on his bed and he looked up.

"What?" he said coldly and I walked up to him.

"Don't be mean to me. Why didn't you knock?" I said in his face and he looked down. Well I guess I was yelling.

"Stop yelling." he said calmly and stood up. He walked past me and then I walked in front of him, making him stop. Then,

POW!

Heero looked at me shocked and I looked at him shocked.

"Damn it, Relena." Heero said getting angry. I looked into his eyes and then tears were pouring down my face.

"I'm sorry, Heero." I said. He put hand on where I just slapped him, on his face. I ran out of his room and down the stairs. Then out of the door and down the street. I have no chance of Heero loving me now, I smacked him. I stopped at the park and sat on the bench.

I had to think about this situation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Later, I walked around and then went back home. I couldn't think straight and I was so confused. I got inside and ran to my room. I changed into a tight long sleeve black shirt and a tight mini skirt, with long black boots. Then I ran back outside. I decided to go to a bar to clear my head. I went into the bar and bought 3 drinks, I drank all of them. I was so confused. The next thing I know, a drunken guy asks me to dance and I accept. The music was loud and we were dancing close. The alcohol was taking over my system.

"Relena." I heard someone say behind me.

"What?" I said getting angry, when I realize it was Heero's voice.

"We need to talk." He said calmly.

"No, Heero. Get away from me!" I said, trying not to show my anger.

"I'm sorry." He said.

"Leave me alone." I said and pushed the guy I was dancing with further into the crowd. I didn't hear Heero anymore, so I looked around. I saw him, sitting at the bar. Some girl with light red hair, sat next to him and asked him something. I decided to try to see what they were saying. The girl said,

"Do you want to dance?" Heero stood up and I saw his mouth move. He said,

"No." She grabbed his hand and he pulled away. Then he started walking to the door and followed him. I stopped dancing and followed them. When I got out of the bar and heard a girl say,

"Do you have a girlfriend?" I walked closer and saw it was the red-haired girl. I walked into an alley close by, so they wouldn't see me. I saw Heero was still walking away, then she caught up with him and grabbed his hand again.

"Are you listening to me?" She said getting angry.

"Didn't your mom, ever tell you, not to talk to strangers?" Heero said calmly.

"Well, I don't know. I never listened to my mom. And I can talk to anyone I want to, Baby." she said. She let go of his hand and he took out a gun.

"You won't be able to talk, if I kill you." Heero said and he walked away. She didn't follow him, she just said,

"You can run, but you can't hide." Then she turned around and walked back into the bar. I watched Heero walk away. When I couldn't see him anymore, I went back home.
